Fyntra Financial is an independent insurance agency. We help connect consumers with licensed insurance specialists who can review coverage options offered through licensed carriers. We are not a licensed insurance carrier, a government agency, or an official benefits office, and we do not guarantee coverage, eligibility, premiums, or payouts.

Information you give us directly.
When you complete a form, quiz, or request on our website, speak with us by phone, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

We do not request or knowingly collect your Social Security number, banking information, credit card information, or medical records through our intake process.

When you request information about coverage, we share your information with licensed insurance specialists and carriers so they can review your situation and contact you. These parties have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.
With service providers.
We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as customer relationship management platforms, scheduling tools, telephony and text messaging providers, hosting providers, and analytics and advertising partners. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
For legal reasons.
We may disclose information when we believe it is required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fyntra Financial, our users, or others.
In a business transfer.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask to be placed on our internal do not call list at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12. Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of others.
6. Your Communications Choices

- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts
- Ask us by phone or email to stop calling you
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email
- Request to be added to our internal do not call list
Please allow a reasonable amount of time to process your request. Even after you opt out of marketing communications, we may still contact you for transactional or legal purposes.
